Lazarus has over 20 years of experience in finding the ideal solution to other people’s problems, making him a highly effective problem solver and a trusted resource within the film industry. His unique specialty is crisis management, addressing a problem and finding a solution. This is precisely why his ability to connect with people is so significant. Lazarus has the natural ability to gain trust and establish deep-rooted relationships, which are the foundation of many long-term clients. This becomes a valuable asset when dealing with foreign governments, overseeing crews around the world or running from rebels with machetes. Often Lazarus’s projects require filming in extremely dangerous locations, from the Amazon Jungle to sinking ships. Passionate about travel and adventure, Lazarus would more often be found jumping out of an airplane than occupying a desk. His methods may vary but his dedication always remains the same. Lazarus’s broad knowledge and expertise is the foundation upon which he built Ninja Toaster and a global team of over 75.

When it comes to production, he has dedicated himself to learning every detail of the industry, gaining a unique set of skills and overall experience that is extremely valuable. It was early in his career that Lazarus set out to understand and master every role on set. He realized that unless he thoroughly understood the responsibilities of each, he wouldn’t possess the knowledge and expertise necessary to master the field. Lazarus felt it was crucial to understand what other people were experiencing. Lazarus spent years perfecting his craft, working in almost every department imaginable short of hair and makeup.

Lazarus has a wide variety of experience spanning television, film, commercials, news, music videos and engineering giving him a very unique perspective and understanding of the industry. Lazarus has been a key player in numerous TV projects for companies such as NBC Universal, Relativity, Go Go Luckey, Asylum Entertainment, Cineflix, Original Media and Two Four America. He has also produced, shot and edited thousands of hours of television content for major production facilities and networks. Some of these networks include NBC, FOX, Spike, Esquire, A&E, E!, Discovery, TLC and MTV. Lazarus has been recognized by a host of accolades including Emmy Award Winning Producer, Director of Photography, Lighting Director and Emmy Nominated Director and Editor. Currently, Lazarus Films is in development and production on multiple television projects for TLC, HGTV, A&E, History, National Geographic, FYI and the Discovery Network.
